Down to Fitzroy Street for an 80th birthday party. All very pleasant. But what is it with these guys who, on the balmiest evening in our pallid excuse for a summer, wear hoodies hiding their faces? They look like puny extras from a bad parody of Lord of the Rings. Surely they can't all be on the run after murdering security guards or suchlike.
